Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it immediately enters our processing system. For this reason, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been confirmed.
However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to initiate a return following our Refund & Returns Policy. Once the return is processed, your refund will be issued.


Priority + Insured Shipping

If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you will be eligible to choose between a reshipment or a refund in the event that your package is lost in transit.

If your order was placed with Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship your package if it is confirmed lost during transit.


Lost or Missing Packages

Revance is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping details are accurate before finalizing your order.

If an error is made by our team, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.


Customs & Import Fees

Please note that Revance is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes once your order has shipped. By placing an order, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Below are our standard estimates:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

  • Central & South America: 15–25 business days

  • Asia: 7–15 business days

  • Africa: 15–30 business days

Max delivery time: 20 business days (excluding processing and customs delays).
⚙️ Processing time: 2–3 business days before shipment.


Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that for some shipping methods (such as free shipping), full tracking may not be available.


Tracking Status Delays

If your tracking status says “No information available”, please allow 2–5 business days for the system to update.
